Return Policy

We stand behind the quality and integrity of every ARIS Skin Science product. To ensure safety and product performance for all customers, we maintain a limited return policy.

Opened Products

Due to the personal nature of scalp and hair care, opened or used items are not eligible for return. This allows us to uphold strict quality and hygiene standards.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team (contact@arisskinscience.com) within 60 days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be received by our facility within a reasonable timeframe after authorization.
